About The Position

Cardinal Health™ at-Home Solutions is an industry-leading medical supplies provider serving people with chronic and serious health conditions in the United States. The Retail & Consumer Manager for Cardinal Health’s at-Home Solutions leads a team of sourcing and category manager for OTC, Self Care, retail and cash pay channels. This role also is responsible for partnering with Sales on customer initiatives. Responsibilities Drives strategy and maintain best-in-class strategic relationships. Leads and supports team of OTC/Selfcare/Retail managers who own key strategic manufacturer accounts and partnerships. Work cross functionally to drive the strategy Work closely with sales on unlocking customer initiatives to help grow sales through product assortment and strategic partnerships Combines creative thinking and market expertise to identify opportunities along the entire continuum of care to drive commercial growth both in direct-to-consumer DME and pharmacy channels, as well as wholesale channel. Works internally and externally to identify, close and implement opportunities to drive growth while bringing mutual value to stakeholders. Partner with the business development team on opportunities to onboard for this respective area. Drives decisions that have a short- and long-term impact on work processes, outcomes and customers for at-Home Solutions, in addition to broader Cardinal Health enterprise. Management of strategic operational and commercial development of sales channels, including new categories of business aligned with business strategy. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred. 8+ years of experience, preferably including relevant work within manufacturing and/or distribution healthcare sectors, preferred. Deep familiarity with the OTC/Selfcare/Retail space Proven ability to lead conversations with manufacturer partners to drive desired results Proven leadership capabilities, including ability to manage diverse personalities/skill sets in a changing environment. Strong contract management experience Experience managing large partnerships or key accounts. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
