Pattern accelerates brands on global ecommerce marketplaces leveraging proprietary technology and AI. We need a Retail Data Analyst to help transform our digital advertising team into a data-driven performance machine. We want our team members to be proactive and persistent until they are able to turn data into profitable insights for our customers and partners alike. This is a full-time role and will work a hybrid schedule (three days in office, two days remote per week) based in Lehi, Utah.

  • Collaborate with the ecommerce management team to align goals with the internal ambitions set by our partners
  • Oversee end-to-end business project solutions, leveraging data-driven insights to align with ecommerce growth objectives
  • Maintain partner brand relationships by presenting analyses and joining regular external meetings
  • Build interactive Streamlit apps with deployment
  • Utilize advanced capabilities in Excel, SQL, Python with strong visual reporting skills
  • Analyze online marketing metrics (CPA, CPM, CPC, LTV)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related program
  • 5+ years of experience in retail analytics
  • Demonstrable Excel knowledge, data analysis, and problem solving skills
  • Prior experience in managing client relationships and communicating with key internal & external partners
  • Knowledge and experience with Snowflake, Tableau, and Github
  • Experience working with large keyword portfolios
  • Proven success in process improvement, creative problem solving, and business strategy
  • Demonstrable quickness in learning new things and an ambitious attitude
  • Working history with the Amazon advertising and brand platform and third party tools like Helium 10, Pacvue, Viral Launch, etc.
  • Knowledge of advanced auto-bid tools, such as Marin or DS3
  • Skills in web analytics and relevant attribution models
  • Project management & scrum experience
  • Experience building Streamlit apps
  • Experience building automations and outlining workflows
