As a Retail Account Representative, you will promote the growth and development of the full portfolio of Coca-Cola products. Your role will involve building trust with our customers by being the beverage industry expert, executing promotional activities, and ensuring that accounts are merchandised according to company standards and the stores' Joint Business Plan (JBP).

Requirements

  • High School Diploma (or GED) required or equivalent degree/certificate preferred.
  • Must be able to operate CONA, Excel, Outlook, and a PDF reader on iPhone and iPad devices.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Driving record must meet Swire’s vehicle policy requirements.
  • Reliable form of transportation.
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

  • Interact and build rapport with decision makers in each customer location.
  • Place orders of products to be delivered, maintaining sufficient inventory levels for consumer purchase.
  • Manage and fill customer beverage sections, build displays, fill coolers, and ensure they are properly stocked, maintained, and rotated per company standards.
  • Supervise and collaborate with merchandisers to ensure that accounts are stocked and displays are built in alignment with company standards and store management.
  • Rotate products to ensure that stores follow a 'first in - first out' stocking system by removing and organizing products on shelves.
  • Sell in additional displays, new products, and other promotional items throughout the assigned store to increase sales volume and generate additional sales revenue.
  • Ensure Joint Business Plans (JBP) are followed throughout the year by regularly confirming with the Field Sales Manager and customer location on the details of the JBP.
  • Maintain backroom stock areas in a safely accessible stack formation within the assigned storage area.
  • Write up credits and confirm the credits are ready for pick up by the bulk driver.
  • Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events.
  • Cover merchandising duties when necessary.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
