About The Position

Excell Marketing is seeking a Retail Account Merchandiser to service Fenton, MI and the surrounding area. This position offers the opportunity to work in an exciting, fast-paced environment featuring the latest trading cards and collectible toys. The role involves servicing multiple retail locations each week within an assigned territory, which includes unpacking freight, stocking shelves, following planograms, and ensuring displays are organized, properly labeled, and optimized to drive sales. The merchandiser is also responsible for maintaining positive business relationships with store personnel and providing exceptional service during every visit.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation to travel within a one-hour radius of your territory
• Personal smartphone with an active service plan (monthly stipend provided)
• Basic computer and smartphone proficiency, including: Accessing company applications and websites, Connecting to Wi-Fi networks, Completing reports and forms, Uploading/downloading documents (Word, Excel, PDF, JPG files), Using email and two-factor authentication
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Professional attitude and demeanor when interacting with coworkers, store personnel, and customers

Responsibilities

• Complete all scheduled service visits as assigned
• Unpack and stock merchandise according to company planograms
• Maintain clean, organized, and properly labeled displays
• Build and maintain professional relationships with store personnel
• Ensure timely communication with your manager and field services team via phone, email, text, and/or video calls
