Review and process orders for respiratory resupply Perform outreach to patients when needed to verify ordered items, insurance coverage, estimated coinsurance, etc. Assist with document verification and validation for resupply patients Verify insurance coverage and benefits and document patient cost when requested Work with other members of the team to ensure that all tasks are completed by end of day Maintain procedure manuals to ensure that our patients receive correct care and support Manage workflow queues from SNAP resupply system and ensure that follow up is completed by other departments and team members. Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent, preferred
• Microsoft office experience, preferred
