Requirements

• Experience in earthwork, heavy equipment operation (e.g., dozers, excavators, graders), mining, or construction.
• Knowledge of GPS systems
• Mechanics skilled in maintaining and repairing fleet vehicles and heavy equipment.
• CDL Drivers with a valid commercial driver’s license for transporting materials and equipment.
• General Laborers eager to support site operations with a strong work ethic.
• Supervisory personnel with field and/or shop experience in a heavy civil construction field.
• A safety-first mindset and ability to thrive in outdoor, hands-on environments.
• Reliability, teamwork, and a drive to deliver value-added solutions.
