About The Position
Are you dependable, detail-oriented, and take pride in keeping spaces clean and welcoming? J&J Flea Market is seeking a part-time Janitorial / Restroom Attendant to support our Operations team in maintaining a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for our weekend guests. This role is essential to the overall guest experience and includes additional expectations set by management to ensure high cleanliness standards across the market. If you enjoy staying active and working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you! Weekend Availability Required (Saturday & Sunday)
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work weekends consistently
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable performing physical tasks (walking, standing, lifting, bending)
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Willingness to follow direction and uphold standards set by the GM and Operations team
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize restrooms continuously throughout the day
- Restock soap, paper towels, and toilet paper as needed
- Sweep, mop, and maintain restroom and common area floors
- Remove trash and maintain cleanliness in assigned areas
- Monitor supply levels and communicate needs to management
- Identify and report maintenance or repair issues promptly
- Follow all cleanliness, safety, and operational standards set by management
- Support additional janitorial and operational tasks as assigned by the Operations Manager
