About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated restorative dentist to join a thriving full-arch implant (AOX) practice. This role is centered around managing and executing the restorative phase of full-arch cases within a fully digital workflow in a state-of-the-art clinical environment. The practice operates with a high-volume, growth-focused approach, utilizing a fully digital workflow with integrated lab processes, state-of-the-art technology and systems, and strong surgical support with consistent case flow. Requirements

• Experience with full-arch implant restorations and digital workflows
• Strong attention to detail in occlusion, aesthetics, and long-term function
• Team-oriented with ability to operate in a high-performance environment
• Motivated to grow within a scalable, systems-driven practice

Nice To Haves

• Prosthodontist preferred (open to highly experienced restorative GP with AOX experience)

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute the restorative workflow for full-arch (All-on-X) cases
• Oversee and maintain a fully digital workflow, including scanning, design coordination, and lab communication
• Collaborate closely with surgical team to ensure alignment from surgery through final prosthesis delivery
• Deliver final prosthetics and manage adjustments, occlusion, and long-term outcomes
• Oversee recare, maintenance, and complication management for AOX patients
• Ensure high-level patient experience and clinical excellence throughout the process
