We are seeking a caring and reliable Restorative Nursing Assistant (RNA) to join our skilled nursing team. The RNA plays a critical role in helping residents maintain and improve their functional abilities through daily restorative programs. This role works closely with nursing and therapy staff to support individualized care plans.
Requirements
- Current California CNA certification in good standing
- RNA certification required
- Previous skilled nursing or long‑term care experience preferred
- Strong communication, teamwork, and resident‑care skills
- Compassionate attitude and genuine desire to improve residents’ quality of life
Responsibilities
- Provide restorative nursing interventions as assigned (e.g., ambulation, range of motion, strength training, ADL support)
- Document restorative services accurately and timely
- Collaborate with nursing and therapy teams to monitor resident progress
- Encourage residents to participate in restorative activities
- Assist with standard CNA duties as needed
- Uphold all facility policies, safety standards, and compliance requirements
