About The Position

Come join our team and start making a difference! As a Restorative Nursing Assistant (RNA), you will plan, implement, and oversee restorative care services, ensuring compliance with regulations. You will collaborate with various departments for effective restorative care planning and execution, establish and maintain standards, policies, and procedures for restorative care delivery, and participate in resident assessments, care planning, and discharge planning related to restorative care. Additionally, you will provide guidance and training to restorative care personnel and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders. Requirements

• Must possess a current license from an approved CNA Program.
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a CNA in long-term care.
• Previous training in rehabilitation and restorative therapy practice preferred.
