About The Position
Yucaipa Hills Post Acute, formerly known as Calimesa Post-Acute, is seeking dedicated Restorative Nursing Assistants (RNA) to join our team at our 82-bed skilled nursing facility. As a Restorative Nursing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting patients with restorative and rehabilitative exercises, as well as providing support with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as mobility, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene. You will be responsible for monitoring and documenting patients' progress, reporting any changes to the nursing staff, and assisting in the development and implementation of individualized care plans. Encouraging and motivating patients to participate in restorative programs is also a key aspect of this role. Maintaining a safe and clean environment for patients and collaborating with nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care are essential duties of the position.
