In this hands-on, onsite role, you'll provide compassionate, restorative care while supporting residents with daily activities and rehabilitation goals. You'll work closely with a dedicated care team, follow individualized care plans, and build meaningful connections with residents throughout their recovery journey. Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs while promoting dignity and independence

• Communicate resident progress with nursing staff
