About The Position

We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a full time Restorative Nurse Assistant position in the Jasper area. Job Description: Provides general medical care and treatment to patients under the direction of an RN; by performing the following duties.

Requirements

• Restorative Aide Certification - required
• Licensed CNA in the State of Texas - required
• A High School diploma or general education degree
• Have completed a training and competency evaluation program or have completed a competency evaluation program that meets minimum standards established by the Secretary under 1891 (A) (3) (D) of the Act and are competent to furnish Home Health Aide Services.
• Six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Ability to travel - must have reliable transportation
• Clean background check, drug screen, and driving record

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Hospice or Home Health - preferred
