About The Position
Are you a compassionate and motivated CNA with a passion for helping residents regain their strength and independence? Join our dedicated team at Gainesville Health & Rehab Center Gainesville VA as a Restorative CNA and be a vital part of the healing journey for those in our care. What You’ll Do: Assist residents with restorative care programs to improve mobility, strength, and overall function. Collaborate with nursing and therapy teams to follow individualized care plans. Document progress and communicate changes in resident condition. Provide hands-on assistance with ADLs while promoting resident independence. Maintain a safe and supportive environment where residents can thrive.
Requirements
- Active CNA certification in Virginia
- Previous experience in restorative nursing or rehab setting preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassionate, patient, and encouraging demeanor
