About The Position
White Blossom Care Center is dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care that promotes resident independence, dignity, and quality of life. Our restorative program plays a vital role in helping residents maintain and improve functional abilities. We are seeking a dedicated Restorative Nursing Assistant (RNA) to join our full-time care team. The RNA will work under the direction of nursing and therapy staff to implement individualized restorative programs that support residents’ mobility, strength, and independence.
Requirements
- Active Restorative Nursing Assistant (RNA) certification (state-required)
- CNA certification required
- Knowledge of restorative techniques and documentation
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Nice To Haves
- Previous restorative or long-term care experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Carry out restorative nursing programs as outlined in resident care plans
- Assist residents with ambulation, range-of-motion exercises, transfers, and positioning
- Encourage residents to maintain or improve functional abilities
- Document resident participation and progress accurately
- Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
- Assist with activities of daily living as needed
- Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment
- Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary team members
