About The Position
The Restorative Nursing Assistant is directly responsible to the Restorative Coordinator and the Director of Nursing. This role involves working with residents needing restorative nursing measures to gain or maintain their highest possible functional level. The Restorative Nursing Assistant provides consistency between therapists' work and nursing care on a daily basis, ensuring routine nursing care is delivered in accordance with facility and state/federal guidelines.
