As the Restoration Warehouse Manager , manage and facilitate operations. Organization and cleanliness of the warehouse, including customer contents, supplies, equipment, and vehicles. Set up and use documents and processes for maintaining inventory of supplies and equipment, tracking materials and supplies usage over time and coordinate with Office staff on re-ordering, maintenance and repair needs. Follow and enforce all safety procedures. Monitor all equipment and vehicles for scheduled maintenance intervals and ensure proper operating conditions are maintained. Communicate and establish relationships with Production Crew members, office staff and construction department. Clean and maintain vehicles, equipment, warehouse, and office areas. Key Responsibilities Prioritize For Next Business Day – Think Ahead: Assess the next day's needs. Set up staging area and equipment for next day’s activities. Comply with safety practices: Comply with all Franchise and SERVPRO safety policies. Ensure training for all forklift drivers. Ensure crews have appropriate safety equipment and PPE and know appropriate safety procedures. Supplies Inventory and Tracking: Ensure company supplies and materials are properly stored, organized and tracked to maintain efficient usage and monitoring of inventory levels. Equipment Inventory and Tracking: Ensure all company vehicles and equipment are properly stored, organized and tracked to maintain accurate inventory counts including out-of-service, damaged and lost equipment. Additional Responsibilities: Maintain Clean and Orderly Warehouse Expense control: All company expenses incurred for the warehouse must be documented. All expenses must have prior approval of the Operations Manager and/or Owner. Assist in managing operating and cleaning supplies costs to acceptable levels. Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation required for management of warehouse operations. Content Inventory and Tracking: Protect customers contents by maintaining proper documentation and tracking of contents including inspection of loading and unloading of vaults. Perform or schedule preventative maintenance on vehicles and equipment, as well as reporting on all nonoperational equipment
