About The Position

Paul Davis Restoration is a franchise organization that provides services to cleanup and repair damage to residential and commercial properties due to water, fire, mold, storm, or other disasters. This position is full-time and permanent, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 7:15 am to 4:30 pm, and optional overtime included. The role also requires participation in a 24-hour on-call rotation, responding to emergency losses after hours and on weekends as dictated by the on-call schedule.

Requirements

• 1 or more years of relevant experience.
• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record.
• Criminal background check.
• Ability to perform demolition work, including climbing, working in extreme temperatures, and in confined spaces.
• Ability to lift 60 lbs.

Nice To Haves

• Water and/or Mold Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform disaster response, emergency mitigation, water extraction, structural drying, and demolition, following IICRC standards.
• Set dehumidifiers, fans, air purifiers, and other equipment at the work site, ensuring proper setup and removal.
• Perform moisture mapping and loss documentation, utilizing MICA and other proprietary software.
• Perform initial loss inspection.
• Remove drywall, carpets, insulation, etc. and perform general demolition after a loss.
• Complete pack-out and pack-in of customer's contents, ensuring all items are properly documented and brought back to the warehouse for cleaning and restoration.
• Act as daily on-site contact for the customer, ensuring their needs are met and questions are answered.
• Drive company vehicles, including water trucks, trailers, and other machinery.
• Other duties as assigned.
