We have a strong reputation for excellent work and professional standards. Reynolds Restoration Services is hiring a full-time Restoration Technician to join our team in the King of Prussia, PA area. Restoration Technicians help people recover after they've experienced property damage from a disaster. Regular work hours are 7 am-3:30 pm, with on-call requirements on a rotational basis for evenings and weekends. All on-call hours worked are paid at one and a half times the regular rate. Training and PPE are provided to all our technicians! Requirements

Ability to lift 50 pounds and carry materials
Ability to work overtime when needed and respond to emergency situations after regular work hours
Valid drdriver'sicense and vehicle
Pre-employment background and drug screening
Authorization to work in the United States

Nice To Haves

One year of experience working in the Restoration / Mitigation Services industry, preferred
IICRC Restoration Industry Certifications in Fire & Smoke Restoration and Water Restoration will be given priority consideration

Responsibilities

Assess and document damages to the residential or commercial property
Work independently or as part of a team on properties that have been damaged by water, fire, mold, or other disasters
Set and monitor drying equipment
Complete contained demolition to remove affected materials
Disinfect air and surfaces with ULV fogging machines
Complete hand cleaning/application of disinfectant to affected surfaces
Document work notes and upload pictures in the project management software system
