Flexible and willing to work overtime, nights, and weekends. This is not a Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm position.
You are able to read/write legibly and use mobile software.
You have reliable 24/7/365 transportation and a valid driver’s license
You are able to lift 50–100 lbs, work at heights, and work in tight spaces.
Strong work ethic to hustle and get things done efficiently and with attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

Professional experience in restoration, carpentry, plumbing, drywall, painting is highly desired but not necessary.

Responsibilities

Learning restoration processes.
Performing cleaning & restoration tasks according to industry standards.
Communicating with the team and documenting projects at a high level.
Vehicles, equipment and facility maintenance.
Contributing to a team culture and a positive work environment.
Prepare rooms/areas for work activities.
Set up staging area and equipment for each project.
Perform demolition and cleaning activities while protecting the customers space and belongings.
Ensure work vehicles are stocked with all necessary supplies for each project, unloaded and cleaned daily.
Effectively communicate safety hazards, job site findings, equipment and tool requirements for the worksite with supervisors.
Learn and develop restoration skills to elevate the SERVPRO Brand and grow within the company.
Communicate with management and other technicians to maintain efficient production processes.
Perform tasks as expected and meet project timeline goals.
Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown.
Leave jobsite with a clean and orderly appearance
