Requirements
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and grow in the restoration industry
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work flexible hours
- Experience helpful but not required — we’ll train the right person
Responsibilities
- Perform water, fire, and mold mitigation work
- Set up drying equipment, remove damaged materials, and clean job sites
- Assist with tarping, board-up, and demolition as needed
- Communicate professionally with customers during stressful situations
- Maintain clean, stocked trucks and equipment
- Participate in on-call rotation (nights/weekends as needed)
