About The Position

Restoration Technician Role: Must have experience Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Skilled Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a variety of water damage, fire damage, mold mitigation, construction and maintenance skills to assist in various projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. The role will be within a restoration company doing demo and restoration work. This position is currently part time but will be full time very quickly as we are growing rapidly.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a skilled laborer in construction, maintenance, or a related field.
Familiarity with various tools, equipment, and materials used in construction and maintenance tasks.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 75 lbs) and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
Comfort working in various environments, including outdoors, at heights, and in confined spaces.
Good vision and hand-eye coordination to operate tools safely.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of tasks involving physical labor on commercial and residential homes.
Operate and maintain hand and power tools, machinery, and equipment safely and efficiently.
Assist in the construction, installation, and repair of structures and fixtures.
Work with other restoration technicians to complete tasks accurately.
Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Participate in training programs to improve skills and knowledge relevant to the trade.
