Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to work on-call shifts (including evenings, weekends, and holidays)
- Lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly (up to 100 pounds with assistance)
- Work in varied environments (attics, crawl spaces, heights, outdoors)
- Safely operate and work around cleaning and restoration equipment
- Repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry materials and tools
Nice To Haves
- Previous restoration, construction, or related experience preferred
- IICRC certification a plus (training provided)
- Have previous handyman, construction, or restoration experience
- Enjoy working in teams and supporting others
- Are motivated to learn and take on challenges

- Enjoy working outdoors and in different environments

Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to emergency situations, including water and fire damage.
- Perform restoration tasks such as water extraction, demolition, cleaning, and setup of specialty drying equipment.
- Load, inventory, and maintain vehicles with tools, equipment, and supplies.
- Communicate job site findings, safety concerns, and progress with supervisors.
- Interact with customers with professionalism, empathy, and clear communication.
- Ensure each job site meets SERVPRO® quality and safety standards.
