Requirements

A valid driver’s license and clean record.
Willingness to work a rotating on-call shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in restoration, construction, or related fields
IICRC certification

Responsibilities

Respond quickly to emergencies such as water or fire damage.
Perform restoration activities: water extraction, demolition, equipment setup, and site cleanup.
Load, maintain, and track tools and supplies for projects.
Communicate clearly with supervisors, teammates, and clients.
Ensure safety standards are always met.
