About The Position

One Way Property Restoration is looking to round out our restoration division with an experienced restoration technician. We provide 24-hour water damage restoration to the multi-family industry in the Seattle and surrounding areas. Our recent partnership with a national construction company has enabled us to grow and expand our team.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record
Ability to lift 50 lbs
IICRC certifications with 2 years of experience
Satisfactory background check
Willingness to Travel
Able to be on-call
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Great Communication and Customer Service Skills.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and stress

Responsibilities

Perform disaster response, emergency mitigation, water extraction, structural drying, and demolition, following IICRC standards.
Set dehumidifiers, fans, air scrubbers, and other equipment at the worksite, ensuring proper setup and removal.
Perform moisture mapping and loss documentation.
Perform initial loss inspection.
Remove drywall, carpets, insulation, etc., and perform general demolition after a loss.
Act as a daily on-site contact for the customer, ensuring their needs are met and questions are answered.
Participate in our 24-hour on-call rotation, responding to emergency losses after hours and on weekends, as dictated by the on-call schedule.
Drive company vehicles
Other duties as assigned based on skill level growth
Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Comply with ONE WAY policies and procedures and legislative requirements.
Vehicle safety and maintenance inspections: Operate a motor vehicle per ONE WAY’s vehicle policy
