Requirements
- You show up. On time. Every day.
- You take pride in your work and don’t cut corners
- You can work hard in fast-paced, physical environments
- You’re a team player who can also handle responsibility
- Valid driver’s license
- Lift 50 lbs regularly (up to 100 lbs with help)
- Work on ladders, ceilings, crawlspaces, and tight areas
- Handle repetitive physical tasks (lifting, pushing, pulling)
- Work around cleaning agents and jobsite conditions
- Must pass background check (per applicable law)
Responsibilities
- Set up jobs quickly and correctly (equipment, containment, staging)
- Work alongside your crew to keep jobs moving efficiently
- Follow direction and execute production work the right way the first time
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and professional
- Communicate clearly with your team and leadership
