Requirements

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and perform physical labor
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to Commute: St Bonifacious, MN 55375 (Required)
• Ability to Relocate: St Bonifacious, MN 55375 : Relocate before starting work (Required)

Nice To Haves

• Construction, cleaning, or restoration experience preferred
• IICRC certifications a plus – we’ll train the right person
• Willingness to travel: 25% (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Respond to water, fire, mold, and biohazard jobs
• Perform demolition, equipment setup, moisture readings, and drying procedures
• Document job progress using our software and mobile apps
• Communicate with team members, customers, and supervisors clearly and professionally
• Maintain clean vehicles, tools, and job sites
• Participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies
