Requirements

• Team player mentality – Lift up your teammates, collaborate, and bring a positive energy.
• Look the part, bring the attitude – Professional appearance and a great attitude are a must.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean record is preferred.
• We’re a 24/7 emergency service, so you’ll need to be part of a rotating on-call schedule, including weekends and holidays, and help with large-loss and storm recovery efforts, including local and overnight travel when needed.
• Reliable transportation to and from work is essential.
• This position involves application of cleaning solutions and exposure to moderate noise levels when operating restoration equipment.
• Performing the physical activities of this position require considerable use of whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of equipment.
• Position requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently.
• You also need to be able to work in high places and in confined or tight spaces.
• You must be capable of working in water and/or fire damage environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver top-notch customer service with a professional, can-do attitude.
• Get hands-on with restoration services, equipment, and industry best practices.
• Tackle demolition, water extraction, fire cleanup, and more to help customers recover.
• Keep work vehicles stocked, organized, and looking sharp.
• Prep job sites for water mitigation, fire damage cleanup, demolition, and content restoration.
• Follow all safety protocols and risk management guidelines.
• Leave job sites spotless and ready for the next steps.
• Communicate clearly with your team to keep projects running smoothly.
• Be dependable, punctual, and ready to hustle.
• Wear the SERVPRO name with professionalism and integrity.
