About The Position

ONE WAY is seeking dedicated Restoration Technicians to join our Renew Crew, the team that restores homes and businesses following water, fire, or microbial growth incidents. You’ll use advanced equipment and hands-on skills to help people in their time of need. If you’re not sure if this career is right for you? Requirements

• Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
• Ability to lift 60 lbs
• Strong communication & customer service skills
• Professional, team-oriented, and eager to learn

Nice To Haves

• IICRC certification a plus (training provided if not certified)

Responsibilities

• Respond to water, fire, and microbial growth emergencies
• Perform water extraction, structural drying, and demolition
• Set up and remove restoration equipment (fans, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers)
• Document losses and conduct inspections
• Provide compassionate customer service on-site
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation (after training)
