About The Position

HBM Restoration is seeking a motivated, dependable, and trustworthy individual committed to serving property owners and commercial establishments on Oahu. The ideal candidate will have expertise in restoration, remediation, and emergency repair services, including handling water and fire damage, mold remediation, storm recovery, and more. Applicants must pass a background check, possess a valid driver’s license, have a reliable vehicle, hold a valid IICRC certification, and have previous hands-on restoration or related experience. Benefits: Healthcare plan (medical, prescription drug, and vision insurance), Dental and vision insurance, Flexible Spending Options, Direct Deposit option, 401(k) plan, Holiday and vacation time, Key Responsibilities: Adhere to IICRC standards for water mitigation, mold remediation, and fire restoration processes Safely remove affected or contaminated materials that may be wet, burnt, or bio-hazardous Proficient in using programs such as Encircle and MICA Maintain accurate records of timecards, checkout forms, vehicle records, and job paperwork Work efficiently to ensure good time management and quick response to job sites Restock supplies as needed, and keep the company vehicle clean and ready for emergency calls Communicate professionally with clients on-site, via phone, text, or email, and respond promptly Be available for routine on-call rotational emergency services and after-work hours Skills/Requirements: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred Must pass a background check Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required Valid IICRC certification or equivalent restoration experience; Water Restoration Technician (WRT) certification preferred Basic knowledge of water mitigation and dry logs is helpful but not required Basic understanding of construction principles Ability to lift 50+ lbs., stand for extended periods, and perform physical activities such as stretching, kneeling, bending, crawling, and climbing Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 am – 4:00 pm primarily Availability for 24/7 on-call, weekend work, and emergency assistance as needed On-call hours: Monday to Friday, 4:00 pm – 10:00 pm, and Saturdays, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm Compensation: $23-$25/per hour If this position aligns with your skills and experience, we encourage you to apply! http://www.hbmrestoration.com HBM Restoration 1013 Kawaiahao Street, Honolulu, HI 96814 (Office closed to walk-ins) Fax resume to: 808-531-6946

Requirements

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred
Must pass a background check
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
Valid IICRC certification or equivalent restoration experience; Water Restoration Technician (WRT) certification preferred
