Requirements

A valid driver’s license
Willingness to work occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays (because emergencies don’t punch out at 5)
Can lift 50 lbs regularly (and occasionally more with help)
Comfortable climbing ladders, working in attics/crawl spaces, and doing physically active work
Okay working around cleaning agents and various job site environments

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in restoration or construction is a big plus
IICRC certification? Even better!

Responsibilities

Responding to emergency situations (like water or fire damage)
Performing hands-on restoration work: water extraction, demolition, cleanup, etc.
Loading and maintaining vehicles with tools & equipment
Keeping job sites safe and clean
Communicating clearly with both clients and teammates
Helping bring homes and businesses back to life!
