As a Contents & Cleaning Technician , you will: Inventory and pack-out of commercial and residential structures that have been affected Work with/around cleaning products/chemicals Prepare rooms/areas for work activities. Set up staging area and equipment for each project. Communicate with management, other technicians, & temp workers to maintain efficient production processes. Perform production processes as directed including moving furniture, cleaning structure & contents. Perform production services as assigned and communicate with the customer to make sure all needs are met Clean and maintain vehicles, equipment, and warehouse as needed. Ensure that jobs are completed beyond customer expectations Clean and restore affected contents and structures Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown. Leave jobsite with a clean and orderly appearance.
