About The Position

At Paul Davis Restoration, our Mitigation Technicians are the first on scene after property damage, helping homeowners and businesses recover from water, fire, mold, and storm events. What You’ll Do Respond to property damage emergencies (water, fire, mold, storm) Perform water extraction, demolition, and drying services Set up and monitor drying equipment Document jobs with photos, notes, and updates Communicate with customers and team members throughout the project What We’re Looking For Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment Comfortable with physical work (lifting, standing, moving equipment) Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Willingness to respond to emergency situations as needed Why Join Paul Davis?
