About The Position

SERVPRO® of Old Bridge/Cranbury is looking for a dependable and hardworking Night Shift Restoration Technician to join our team. This is a full-time position working evening hours, ideal for candidates who are reliable, hands-on, and ready to help homes and businesses recover from water, fire, mold, and storm damage.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work in PPE, and perform physical tasks
• Must be able to work the full shift: Sunday through Thursday, 4 PM to Midnight
• Valid driver’s license with a clean 5-year record and no accidents (required)
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

Nice To Haves

• Prior restoration or construction experience is a plus (but not required)
• High school diploma or GED preferred

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency restoration jobs during night shift hours
• Perform water extraction, demolition, cleanup, and drying services
• Set up and monitor equipment such as air movers and dehumidifiers
• Assist crew leaders and project managers with job-site tasks
• Document work performed and maintain job-site cleanliness
• Follow all SERVPRO® procedures and safety protocols
