Requirements

  • Want steady, full-time work with the chance to build a long-term career.
  • Show up on time, work hard, and like being part of a team that has each other’s backs.
  • Can be respectful and polite with customers who may be stressed after a flood or fire.
  • Have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Can lift up to 75 lbs. and stay on your feet most of the day.
  • Are 21 years or older and can pass a pre-employment drug test, background check and have a clean driving record
  • Have a High School Diploma or GED.
  • Must be able to stay in a stationary position up to 25% of the time within a vehicle.
  • Constantly positions self to move about job sites; stairs, walkways, roofs, crawl spaces
  • Occasionally ascends and descends a ladder to complete jobs
  • Must be able to observe and perceive information on a computer and documents
  • Ability to safely operate a company vehicle

Responsibilities

  • Load and unload materials and equipment, and keep trucks and tools clean and organized.​
  • Set up and run drying and cleaning equipment (we train you how to use everything).​
  • Help with cleanup after floods, fires, and other property damage under the direction of a supervisor.​
  • Assist with simple temporary repairs, like tarping roofs or boarding up windows and doors.​
  • Pitch in with warehouse or shop tasks when needed and support teammates on job sites.​
  • Be reachable by phone and occasionally take on-call shifts for emergency jobs.​
