Requirements

Experience : MANDATORY 3+ years in the restoration field.
IICRC Certified: MANDATORY IICRC Certified in WRT and ASD.
Leadership : Ability to inspire and manage a team effectively.
Physical Capability : Comfortable with physical tasks, including lifting 50+ pounds, climbing ladders, and working in tight spaces.
Drive : Holds a proactive attitude to get the job done right.
Exceptional Communication Skills: will communicate with customer, clients, Servpro teams effectively.
Tech Savvy: Experienced use of technology.
Commutable : Lives within 30 minutes commute to our office.
Must hold a valid NJ State Driver's License in Good Standing.
Must be 21+ years of age.
Ability to effectively manage a worksite and crew, including acting as a liaison between customers and Production Techs.
Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
Ability to work with/around cleaning products.

Construction experience is a PLUS.

Responsibilities

Lead, coordinate, and perform restoration projects (Water, Fire, Mold & Specialized Cleaning), ensuring they’re completed on time and within scope.
Manage and support restoration technicians and other labor forces while maintaining a positive team culture.
Communicate progress and updates to customers, ensuring satisfaction and a seamless experience.
Ensure proper documentation of all projects, including equipment usage and progress tracking.
Oversee safety protocols to ensure compliance on all job sites.
