Requirements

• Restoration, construction, or mitigation experience
• Leadership or crew chief experience
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Ability to work overtime when needed

Nice To Haves

• IICRC Certifications
• SERVPRO®, ServiceMaster, Belfor, Paul Davis, or similar experience
• Crew Chief or Supervisor experience

Responsibilities

• Lead mitigation crews on water, fire, and mold losses
• Run job sites from start to finish
• Set drying equipment and monitor progress
• Perform demolition, cleanup, and restoration work
• Communicate directly with customers and management
• Train and develop technicians
• Ensure jobs are completed efficiently and correctly
• Take control and solve problems on-site
