Requirements

6+ months of restoration experience.
IICRC WRT certified.
Excellent communicator and motivator.
Reliable and professional with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Mentor restoration technicians, set clear expectations, and maintain high standards on every project.
Build positive relationships with customers and ensure their satisfaction.
Document job progress, manage labor, and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
Identify safety hazards and implement solutions to keep everyone safe.
Participation in an on-call rotation, assisting with local and out-of-town storm recovery efforts is required.
Train and mentor your team to develop their skills and confidence.
