We’re seeking a dynamic Property Damage Restoration Supervisor to join our team and lead our efforts in delivering exceptional restoration services. The Property Damage Restoration Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations of our restoration projects. This role requires a blend of leadership, technical expertise, and customer service skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property damage restoration, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a proven track record of managing teams effectively, along with great customer service skills.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in property damage restoration, with a strong understanding of restoration techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.
  • Previous supervisory or management experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., IICRC) are a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate restoration projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are executed efficiently and meet quality standards.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of restoration technicians, providing training, support, and performance evaluations.
  • Assess property damage and create detailed work scopes and estimates in collaboration with clients and insurance adjusters.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, addressing concerns and providing regular updates on project progress.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure projects are completed within scope and on schedule.
  • Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and advancements in restoration technology.
