Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct water and fire mitigation technicians while performing hands-on mitigation duties as needed.
• Focus on providing excellent customer service.
• Assist team members and collaborate with other departments.
• Train and mentor mitigation technicians to ensure proper procedures and safety compliance.
• Ensure crews are ready every morning through team huddles.
• Meet clients and adjusters on-site to assist in issue resolution and provide professional opinions.
• Re-inspect job sites for quality control.
• Act as the point of contact for customers to resolve questions and concerns in a timely manner.
• Maintain inventory of clean, properly stocked, and organized trucks and company equipment.
• Be accessible by phone and participate in the on-call schedule.
