About The Position
UDK is hiring an experienced Project Manager for mitigation and restoration work in its St. George, UT location. The duty of this role includes, but is not limited to, direct and manage project development from beginning to end, define project scope and goals for each project assigned, and effectively communicate project expectations to team members and customers in a timely and clear fashion. The Project Manager will estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals, set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders, and delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel. Additionally, the role involves identifying and resolving issues and conflicts within the project team, managing project dependencies and critical path, planning and scheduling project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools, and coaching, mentoring, motivating, and supervising project team members and contractors. The Project Manager will also recruit and manage sub-contractor and vendor relations for a long-term beneficial relationship of all parties, build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project, and participate in On Call rotation as assigned by the Branch Manager.
