About The Position

As a Restoration Project Manager (RPM) with Paul Davis, you will celebrate the completion of projects with a team of skilled tradespeople, homeowners grateful to be back in their homes, and your Paul Davis team members. You will improve your community by serving others and continuously learn about improving results and setting proper expectations of others. RPMs work with owners and sub-contractors after traumatic events such as a fire or flood to clean up and repair damage to residential and commercial property. You will manage the renovation, control, and communicate the budget effectively, spending a good deal of time in the field to ensure projects are completed properly. The role requires building foundational relationships based on trust, actively listening, and managing a team to complete projects successfully. A fun personality that enjoys getting results is also desired.

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage renovation projects after traumatic events such as fire or flood.
  • Control and communicate the budget effectively.
  • Spend time in the field to ensure projects are completed properly.
  • Build relationships with key customers – direct and B2B.
  • Participate in local community events.
  • Ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
  • Track metrics during bi-weekly GS&R.
  • Confirm budget and work orders before the start of the project.
