About The Position

As a Restoration Project Manager (RPM) with Paul Davis, you will celebrate the completion of projects with a team of skilled tradespeople, homeowners grateful to be back in their homes, and your Paul Davis team members. You will improve your community by serving others and continuously learn about improving results and setting proper expectations of others. Your role involves managing renovation projects after traumatic events such as fires or floods, controlling and communicating the budget effectively, and spending significant time in the field to ensure projects are completed properly. The position emphasizes building foundational relationships based on trust, actively listening, and managing a team to achieve successful project completions while maintaining a fun personality that enjoys getting results.

Responsibilities

  • Manage renovation projects after traumatic events such as fire or flood.
  • Control and communicate the budget effectively.
  • Spend time in the field to ensure projects are completed properly.
  • Build foundational relationships based on trust.
  • Actively listen and find ways to manage a team to complete projects successfully.
  • Meet operational objectives of Sales, Gross Margin, Brand Experience.
  • Track metrics during bi-weekly GS&R.
  • Confirm budget and work orders before the start of the project.
  • Ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
  • Participate in local community events.
  • Build relationships with key customers - direct and B2B.
  • Seek partnerships to improve performance with vendors and tradesmen.
