About The Position

As a Restoration Project Manager (RPM) with Paul Davis, you will celebrate the completion of projects with a team of skilled tradespeople, homeowners grateful to be back in their homes, and your Paul Davis team members. Your role will involve improving the community by serving others, continuously learning about improving results, and setting proper expectations of others. You will manage renovation projects after traumatic events such as fires or floods, ensuring effective communication and budget control. This position requires spending significant time in the field to ensure projects are completed properly. You will build foundational relationships based on trust, actively listen, and manage a team to complete projects successfully while maintaining a fun personality that enjoys getting results.

Responsibilities

  • Manage renovation projects after traumatic events such as fire or flood.
  • Control and communicate the budget effectively.
  • Spend time in the field to ensure projects are completed properly.
  • Build relationships with key customers – direct and B2B.
  • Track metrics during bi-weekly GS&R.
  • Confirm budget and work orders before the start of the project.
  • Ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
  • Participate in local community events.
  • Seek partnerships to improve performance with vendors and tradesmen.
