Requirements

• 3+ years of restoration industry experience (required)
• 1+ years of management or supervisory experience
• IICRC certification (required)
• Xactimate experience preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage property restoration projects (water, fire, mold, etc.)
• Lead your team and subcontractors to deliver exceptional service
• Create accurate project scopes using industry software (Xactimate™)
• Ensure high-quality work, clear communication, and top-tier customer satisfaction
• Coordinate timelines, resources, and expenses efficiently
• Maintain detailed project documentation and billing records
• Represent SERVPRO professionally with clients, insurance reps, and vendors
• Respond to urgent customer needs quickly and effectively
