Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of work experience in Project Management
• Experience using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Excellent time-management, organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Valid driving license is required along with a safe driving record
• Experienced in managing multiple projects simultaneously

• Understanding of Xactimate software a plus

• Tracking labor budgets along with monitoring corresponding schedules
• Arranging and orchestrating crews and subcontractors
• Proficient in writing estimates
• Comply with safety and building codes as well as legal requirements
