About The Position

As a Restoration Project Manager (RPM) with Paul Davis, you will celebrate the completion of projects with a team of skilled tradespeople, homeowners grateful to be back in their homes, and your Paul Davis team members. You will improve your community by serving others, continuously learn about improving results, and set proper expectations of others. Your role will involve managing renovation projects after traumatic events such as fires or floods, controlling and communicating the budget effectively, and spending a good deal of time in the field to ensure projects are completed properly. You will build foundational relationships based on trust, actively listen, and manage a team to complete projects successfully while maintaining a fun personality that enjoys getting results.
