About The Position

The position involves meeting with customers and potential customers immediately following water, fire, and/or smoke damages that may have occurred in their home or business. The role requires working with various vendors and insurance claim professionals to develop effective and efficient restoration methods. The project manager will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, which includes developing scopes of work, timelines, and estimates based on the work performed. Consistent communication with all parties associated with any given project is essential. The candidate must also work within job management software, provide job status reports during production meetings, and communicate proactively with division and general managers regarding project statuses and subcontractor performance. Participation in an active on-call rotation to handle and respond to clients' needs after normal business hours is also required.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience as a project manager (preferred).
  • Prior experience in the restoration or related industry is preferred.
  • Thorough knowledge of the insurance restoration process is preferred.
  • Strong Xactimate estimating experience is ideal.
  • Possess computer and internet skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities
