About The Position

The Restoration Project Manager (RPM) at 24 Hour Flood Pros is responsible for overseeing water damage, fire damage, and reconstruction crews, ensuring quality control, efficiency, and profitability of jobs. The RPM plays a crucial role in the development and training of technicians, fostering a positive work environment, and maintaining high industry standards. This position involves initial assessments of damage, coordination of job schedules, and communication with subcontractors, all while promoting safety and compliance with regulations.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in water damage restoration.
• Proficiency in Bluebeam and construction management software.
• Experience with project management software such as ProCore and Xactimate.
• Strong data entry and budgeting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret Xactimate estimates.
• General mathematical skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in leading internal training programs for staff members.
• Knowledge of OSHA compliance and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee water damage, fire damage, and reconstruction crews for quality control, efficiency, and profitability.
• Conduct initial assessments of water/smoke/fire damage in buildings and oversee mitigation tasks.
• Handle industrial restoration equipment and ensure timely delivery of restoration services.
• Sign and scope jobs, ensuring all work performed is accounted for in invoicing.
• Develop and train current technicians to meet industry standards, including performance evaluations and coaching.
• Create a positive work environment and maintain a positive company culture through effective communication.
• Coordinate scheduling with the office manager for efficiency, including creating weekend and after-hours on-call schedules.
• Work closely with estimators and coordinators to account for all job costs and equipment usage.
• Manage subcontractors and temporary labor for efficient job completion.
• Implement standard operating procedures and ensure compliance with safety and risk management guidelines.
