The position involves meeting with customers and potential customers immediately following water, fire, and/or smoke damages that may have occurred in their home or business. The role requires working with a variety of vendors and insurance claim professionals to develop the most effective and efficient means of restoration. The project manager will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, which includes developing scopes of work, timelines, and estimates based upon work performed. Consistent communication with all parties associated with any given project is essential. The candidate must be able to work within job management software and provide job status reports and/or updates during production meetings. Additionally, the role involves working with insurance company adjusters, independent adjusters, public adjusters, and other industry professionals on agreements regarding both scope and cost of projects. Proactive communication with the division and general manager on project statuses, subcontractor performance, and supplements is also required. Participation in an active on-call rotation to handle and respond to clients' needs after normal business hours is necessary.
